Although we recommend this dealer, they were not forthright about our trade-in pay-off. Although the deal included pay-off of our existing loan, which we were happy about, they failed to inform us forthright about our trade-in pay-off. So, here it is, three weeks later and we keep getting nastygrams from our loan provider that we are delinquent. If they had at least informed us it could take a few weeks for the pay-off to be processed, we would have made one last payment to keep the loan current. As it stands, we may have a ding against our credit for their negligence. More
