Although we recommend this dealer, they were not forthright about our trade-in pay-off. Although the deal included pay-off of our existing loan, which we were happy about, they failed to inform us forthright about our trade-in pay-off. Although the deal included pay-off of our existing loan, which we were happy about, they failed to inform us of how long the pay-off would take. So, here it is, three weeks later and we keep getting nastygrams from our loan provider that we are delinquent. If they had at least informed us it could take a few weeks for the pay-off to be processed, we would have made one last payment to keep the loan current. As it stands, we may have a ding against our credit for their negligence. More

The staff is thoughtful, patient, respectful, and knowledgeable; they don't talk down to women thinking you might not understand how something works. Imagine being called "little lady."
