Great Service on MOST of my visit however I asked that the tires be rotated and was told that was included in this visit. I was again very impressed with Umansky Subaru's organization and its people --- the only hitch with this visit was that I had an appointment at 9am, and when I checked in, it was estimated that the organization and its people --- the only hitch with this visit was that I had an appointment at 9am, and when I checked in, it was estimated that the time to complete was 2 hours (I was waiting in their small waiting room). That was no problem. But when after 45 minutes I went outside to stretch my legs, thinking I was almost halfway, I found my vehicle had not yet been moved. I texted my service rep, Gail, about it . Within a few minutes, she texted back that it was 'in the shop now'. And it was. But it took another 2 hours to complete. More
