Went in for a state inspection on my 2005 Subaru, The car had been sitting all summer so I knew the rotors were rusty. Their solution was to replace all the rotors and brake pads for about $1,000. I suggeste had been sitting all summer so I knew the rotors were rusty. Their solution was to replace all the rotors and brake pads for about $1,000. I suggested they turn the rotors to remove the rust which they did; kept the rotors in specification and saved about $600. They also said I needed new wipers as they wouldn't clean the windshield which was dusty and dirty with tree sap but I had inspected them and they were were not cracked or torn. They cleaned the windshield instead and the wipers then could clean the windshield, saving another $50, and passed inspection. Their solutions were to replace not repair the existing parts. In total saved over $650. Overall the the staff is very friendly and courteous and respected my suggestions. More
