SERVICE VISIT

My experience was good. I dropped my car off at 7:30am in hopes of catching the shuttle to work in time by 8am. That didnt happen unfortunatly. Myself and another lady who work for the same company was in hopes of catching the shuttle to work in time by 8am. That didnt happen unfortunatly. Myself and another lady who work for the same company was both almost 15-20minutes late bc a person who arrived after us was dropped off at their home first. My only complaint is the shuttle service if you need to be somewhere at a certain time, if you dont then youre good. The man who was the driver is actually very nice however. More

Very disappointed with the gimmick of free state inspection. You go over the car to find anything that could go wrong. They come back an hour and half later with a 2,300 estimate on things to fix. They give me a failed inspection since I refused any work. Went to cville imports which did what was wrong for 480.00. The other things you had listed both mechanics coujd mot find the issues you wrote down. I don’t think I ever want to deal with your service center again, it’s been this way for years. Never happy when I leave your shop. More
