Always a good experience. Fast, efficient, a comfortable place to wait with great amenities; coffee, snacks and even a mug to take home with me. My advisor was exceptional and the technician did a fantastic job. My Subaru needed an Oil Change, State inspection and 5G upgrade, estimated time 4-5 hours. Gail knew I had to wait and did everything possible to have the worked completed as quickly as possible, my car was ready in less than 3 1/2 hours. THANK YOU GAIL !!! When I left the dealership I swear the car drove like a dream. I am a Umansky Subaru customer for life! More

Josue was polite and helpful. He communicated clearly via text when my vehicle was ready and was even able to get the recall part in on time so that I wouldn't have to come back and get that fixed.
