We arrived knowing we wanted the Legacy Touting XT, and both Rick McCormack and Kendrick Hawkins explored other dealerships to find 2021 vehicles. They helped us identify and refine color combinations. In the end we opted for a 2022 model. We would like to commend Rick for his thorough attention with communicating with us while we awaited our new car. When the car did arrive, his attention to detail, professional demeanor, and patience with our learning all the new technology was outstanding. He strongly encouraged us to meet again to follow up as questions arise. We feel he will be a strong advocate for us in the future, and look forward to his continued help. We love the car! We are repeat Subaru customers, this car is the best one yet. More

Further investigation showed a cracked intake seal that leaked causing the lean mixture. The sensor that was replaced cost $500 and was most likely not the problem. The service rep did not offer either a partial or complete refund. I understand this job was not as simple as following the codes but I believe the new sensor was unnecessary. More
