Work up of a check engine light revealed a lean mixture that was addressed by replacing an air/fuel sensor. The light came back on one day later. Further investigation showed a cracked intake seal that le that was addressed by replacing an air/fuel sensor. The light came back on one day later. Further investigation showed a cracked intake seal that leaked causing the lean mixture. The sensor that was replaced cost $500 and was most likely not the problem. The service rep did not offer either a partial or complete refund. I understand this job was not as simple as following the codes but I believe the new sensor was unnecessary. More

This dealership was about 2 1/2 hours from where I live in NC and I must say that it was worth the drive.
