He made me feel right at home and helped me every step of the way in the eventual purchase of my new Prius. The sales manager, Shannon Herring, was likewise very friendly and easy to work with. The business office staff were thorough and courteous, explaining all the details involved in finalizing the purchase. Overall, I was delighted with my experience with Brown Toyota and look forward to future happy experiences with the service department when I come in for scheduled maintenance on my beautiful new car. As always, the Brown service team exceeded my expectations. I was able to bring my car in when they opened and wait while they did the required preventive maintenance. The waiting room has wifi and free cold water bottles and other refreshments. I sat there for less than a hour, caught up on my e-mails for work, and was out the door. I purchased my car at Browns and have used them for all repairs and service. I recently took my car in for state inspection and service and do to personal reasons, I was not able to pick up the car so the repairs and service. Browns employees are so customer friendly and help in anyway they can to provide great service. I would not take my car any other place or in the future if I purchase another vehicle it will be from Brown's. Outstanding service. More

The service dept. called me pretty much exactly when they said it would be ready, and I was only charged for the work I requested done. They even caught a few open manufacturer recall items and took care of them while they had the vehicle. Couldn't ask for more from a dealer service center. More

I essentially worked out the price ahead of time with Milo the internet sales manager, but wanted to pick up the vehicle late in the day on a Friday. Even though I showed up at 4:45pm on a Friday, Del and EVERYBODY at Brown Toyota bent over backwards to help get the transaction done as quickly and easily as possible. After being there for only a few minutes I felt like I had known all of them for a long time. We quickly worked out a fair deal on my trade-in. They trusted me and I trusted them. This was the best new car buying experience I've ever had, and I would not hesitate to go back. More

Having lost my husband 3 years ago, it is very important that I feel comfortable when taking my car in for any service, etc.. The employees at Brown have been very helpful & gone out of their way when I ha that I feel comfortable when taking my car in for any service, etc.. I have chosen Brown over several local's in Louisa for that reason. Alexander & Miguel were especially helpful this past visit on May 1st. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. Made appt., no problem. Dropped off car the night before for inspection and 3 different recall work fixes (Prius), they made appt. time so they had all parts for the work. They finished by 2pm and I talked for inspection and 3 different recall work fixes (Prius), they made appt. time so they had all parts for the work. They finished by 2pm and I talked to one of their pick-up drivers to get me at home, he was there in 10 minutes. Got to dealership in 10 minutes, picked up the paperwork and key at register (inspection and recall work was no charge), got in my car and left, no problems. I have to commend these guys for being very professional in their work and timing and communication, they are upfront about most everything, which I can appreciate. More
