We purchased our Sienna from Brown in 2006. Since then, we have taken it to Brown for every service (maintenance and repair) it's needed. So, I estimate my car has been there for service no less than 20 times, Each and every time, Brown's service department has exceeded my expectations, from the scheduling on the phone, checking in, the wait experience, shuttle service, explanations of repair, and the speed of getting me back in my van. They take service seriously and seem to find ways to continually improve the process for their customers Even when the service department was undergoing remodel construction last year, the service department continued to deliver their high standard of friendliness and efficiency with the desk moved into the freezing cold bay entrance. They didn't seem to miss a beat. I'd especially like to recognize and thank our go-to service representative, Jay Malone, for his service to us over these six years. Jay is a top notch professional who does an amazing job of bridging the gap between service rep and service technician. He knows exactly how to communicate recommended repair or maintenance work in a way that makes sense to non-car people without being arrogant or condescending. We treats his customers with kindness and respect. He's trustworthy and ensures that his customers and their cars are taken care of well in the time frame promised. His even keel personality is a pleasure to work with. He recognizes us when we call and has a caring smile when we come in. Because of Jay, we feel like part of the Brown Family. Even though Brown has other highly competent service advisors, we always ask for Jay when we can because we know we will receive great service. He sets the standard. I also think Brown's prices are very fair. A couple times, I've called around town to other shops when we've needed specific repair work. And always, Brown's prices were right in line and their service is so stellar. They send coupons and special offers in the mail and email and on their website, so it makes it affordable. I wouldn't dream of taking it anywhere else, even for an oil change. At times, I have wished I could have a loaner car - a service they don't typically offer while other shops in town do. However, Brown's shuttle service is wonderful. The shuttle drivers are courteous and always on time. The waiting room at Brown is a very pleasant experience, with comfortable furniture, wi-fi, tv, complimentary drinks and snacks, and a kids room. She shatters the car salesperson image in a good way - she hasn't always been in sales and her past experience in the health care industry actually makes her a better sales person!! She did a great job of giving us an orientation of our new Prius. Brown has a treasure in her. I would highly recommend her to other people looking for a car and welcome the chance to work with her again in the future. Greg was also an very helpful minded sales person who worked with us. He was very friendly and excellent at follow up. He found my husband the exact car he wanted and was able to have it delivered overnight! We really appreciated his part in the whole process. That said, the process to actually purchase the car on the day we came in to sign the papers and write the check seemed to take too long. We were in the dealership for a few hours and there was so much waiting time. It took up all of our Saturday afternoon. Seems like there is opportunity to streamline. Once we were able to get to the finance office, Leslie (forgot his last name) did walk us through that part really efficiently. Between their dedicated service and sales departments, we are loyal Brown Toyota customers!! It's a friendly, low pressure dealership who values it's customers and treats them that way. We had been to many dealerships prior to going to brown toyota and they were not willing to work with us. Ed made us feel very comfortable in making a big decision of purchasing a brand new car. My husband and I went to the dealership to look at a new Toyota Tundra truck. We had been shopping and had looked at Dodge trucks. Kimberly Kelly, Service Manager at Brown's, introduced us to Del in sal Toyota Tundra truck. We had been shopping and had looked at Dodge trucks. Kimberly Kelly, Service Manager at Brown's, introduced us to Del in sales. We liked the features and size of the back seat in the Tundra. Features of the truck were explained to us in great detail. We took it for a test drive and discussed purchasing the vehicle. Kimberly Kelly, Service Manager, demonstrated World Class service in guiding us through the purchase and service qualities at Brown Automotive. We have been extremely satisfied with the truck and the maintenance provided at Brown. More

My spouse and I just purchased 2 new 2012 Toyota Prius plug-ins, having pre-ordered through Toyota online last fall, and working through Brown Toyota, our local dealership, for processing and delivery. plug-ins, having pre-ordered through Toyota online last fall, and working through Brown Toyota, our local dealership, for processing and delivery. We traded in a 2005 Prius (purchased in the fall of 2004 from Brown Toyota) with 88K for one of the new plug-ins, and a 1998 Honda Accord with 123K, for the other new plug-in. We got a fair trade-in--Kelly Blue Book value--for both, and a fair price on the new plug-ins. Both Neal Lobban and Brown Toyota were cordial and efficient throughout the process. So far, with three weeks of driving and 450 plus miles on the first plug-in, with trips of 10 to 30 miles and plugging in at home before each trip, we have averaged 103 MPG, and have used less than half of the original tank of gas. We have only had the second plug-in for a few days, but so far performance seems comparable. In short, we are pleased with the new plug-ins, and with the service we have received from Neal Lobban and Brown Toyota. More
We were thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and dedication of Mary Lucy, in fact, I don't think we would have bought the car that day if it hadn't been for her. She was attentive to our car requirements, compared and contrasted our options, and provided sage advice that we used to expedite our decision. Mary Lucy provided an extensive tour of the dealership and made a special point of introducing us to Jay in the Service Department. He was knowledgable, courteous, and supportive of several questions we had regardig the navigation system. Special thanks to Jay! Not only were we pleased with Mary Lucy and Jay's customer service, we will return to Mary Lucy in the future for our car purchasing needs. We have already recommended her to colleagues for when they are ready to purchase vehicles. Please thank Mary Lucy for her wonderful service to us.
