Great service from start to finish. Easy process to set up appt online. I always use the night drop off which is very convenient for me. Addison was professional and courteous. Appreciated getting a free Quick Quack car wash when I picked up my car. More
Normally I would recommend them for the standard stuff. The service dept. is very nice and courteous. But this round I went in for a bolt to fix the gap in my fender. They took the car and said they will check and see if I need a bolt or a bracket. They came back and said that I needed a bracket to fix the gap. The gap is not fixed and when I took the car back they were less than happy. Tried to indicate that it was my fault as I said I needed a bolt. But hey, they took on the project and said they would look at it so it then became up to them to find the problem and when they said it needed a bracket to fix it, I said ok. I EXPECTED them to find all the reasons why the gap was there and if the bracket was not going to fix it - they should have stated that up front before I agreed to pay for the install of the item. After taking it back, they claim that I have deformed tabs and there is no way they can fix it - I need a new bumper. Well the tabs did not deform after I brought it to them - so clearly they didn't do a thorough job of assessing the issue - because if I do have deformed tabs - then I should not have been charged to install a bracket as they SHOULD KNOW that the bracket would not matter if I have deformed tabs. I mean - as a non-car mechanic they should know way more than me. These are excuses. If they did not have the experience to fix body work - they should of told me so when I said I think I need a bolt to fix the gap in my fender... instead they took the job, couldn't complete it, and now it seems even worse than it was. I was told to go to a body shop and get a new fender. Plus they didn't want me to wait for the car - said they might need to get a part or something - really pushed for me not to wait for the car. Then after only 1 hour they told me about the deformed tabs.... very fishy. More

Nice people. Good Service. went for recall on my Nissan some thing to do with the light. But thank you Jesus, I got my car back and it feels good and strong, the way it should from the beginning. More
