Thankful for the hassel free experience I had come to this dealership after I had felt like I was getting the runaround at another dealership. My sales rep Michael was young but friendly, k I had come to this dealership after I had felt like I was getting the runaround at another dealership. Since then I have taken my vehicle back for a scheduled after market installation and my experience with the maintenance department was pretty good. I was supposed to have a rental waiting on me when I arrived but that did not work out but eventually it was all straightened out. More

I bought a new Murano early this month. I bought cars from other dealers before, but I had best experience at Future Nissan of Folsom. Sales man, Zack, did everything to make sure I am getting what I wan from other dealers before, but I had best experience at Future Nissan of Folsom. Sales man, Zack, did everything to make sure I am getting what I want. Even though I came it at time they were about to close, they still took care of me.
