Worse service possible. I’ve been ghosted now by David the finance manager, Abel the salesperson for over a week now. They kept telling me to wait an hour, wait another 10 minutes, wait a few more minutes and now it’s been exactly 7 days since I’ve waited and no one has contacted me. It’s there loss because they’ve just lost a perfect sale. I was going to purchase the brand new jeep wrangler rubicon X at the price they had it for last week which was around $58,000 and now they e raised the price up to almost $66,000 . They are falsely advertising that they “price match guaranteed “ but won’t stand by what they advertise. DO NOT SHOP HERE. You’re better off going somewhere else because they will ghost you the minute you say you have a lower price quote from other dealerships for the same make, model,MSRP and trim. Worse communication skills I have ever dealt with and refuse to give them my services. More
I worked with Sales Associate Gavin and Manager Simone to purchase a used 2023 Camry. I verbally denied all optional packages, but my sales contract included both Sky Force ($1495) and MVP VSC Vehicle Pro purchase a used 2023 Camry. I verbally denied all optional packages, but my sales contract included both Sky Force ($1495) and MVP VSC Vehicle Protection Plan ($3600). I completed a Service Contract Cancellation form in regard to the Vehicle Protection Plan, and I am hoping to receive full reimbursement. But I am told the Sky Force (vehicle tracker) is installed on the vehicle and is not optional. My contract wording states: "The following goods and services ar e NOT required as a condition to obtaining financing terms for the purchase of the Vehicle. Optional Theft Deterrent Device(s) :(1) Sky Force SVR Used. In speaking to Simone, I am not given the option of cancelling Sky Force. This dealership has a Better Business Bureau (BBB) rating of D+. Terrible dealer. Had over $2000 in worthless add ons that they did not disclose until after working on paperwork. No negotation on price. Sold me a car with a crack in it and said they would take care of it. Took a month to actually get me scheduled and then did not do anything but “seal” then said that’s what the contract says. Yep the contract sure scammed me all right - I expected the crack to be fixed. Obviously have zero care for you as the customer. I like the Jeep I bought and it serves my purpose but I won’t be back and I would stay far away. More

I dropped off my Demon 170 at the Fontana CDJR service department today for a manufacturer-issued recall and a routine oil change. He took full ownership of my service experience from start to finish, keeping me updated every step of the way. This dealership and it's sister Ontario Chrysler appear to engage in bait/switch pricing. I found a new 2024 Hornet on their website advertised for $32,999. When I called them and tried to nail down the pr to engage in bait/switch pricing. I found a new 2024 Hornet on their website advertised for $32,999. When I called them and tried to nail down the price with tax title and plate I was told they would not sell the car for the advertised price and not until they added a bunch of useless dealer installed crap. This to me screams bait/switch. I never got a real price number. I may be naive but I thought these dealership practices had been purged. What a racket. Not real sure how these practices continue but I am contacing my state attorney general asap. More
