Tried to contact the sales rep that sold it to me. No response. Half the time I went to the service department I left disappointed with something still wrong with my car. I've spent over 2 grand there in the past year and a half and have finally given up on them. It was close, convenient, and I bought the car there. Had TPMS placed in two sets of wheels and tires for me. Tech screwed up and I had to take them back, didn't wash or vacuumed either. Tech screwed up again and finally took them else where. He hadn't installed some right and my tires were leaking air. While I was waiting for these tires one of the employees was complaining about how I brought them there instead of a tire place, thinking I couldn't hear him. Had an alignment done. Get in my car and drive down the road, driving straight and I notice my steering wheel is turned to the right...but I'm going straight. Too many mishaps in such a short time. More

We purchased a truck years ago and when in the market again we remembered the amazing experience of no pressure and having an easy time putting the deal together. We went back and leased a new Mazda CX9 and purchased a Lincoln MKZ. We were very happy with our dealing and they again gave us an amazing experience. We just left tonight after purchasing a Lincoln Navigator. The process easy, painless and we are so very happy with the Navigator. This dealership treats you as a person not a customer who has to buy from them. Their integrity speaks for itself from the time you step on the lot to the time you leave. We have visited different dealerships in Spokane and Idaho and Foothills beats them all on customer service and product. We will stay loyal to Foothills. A special thank you to Chris C., Dave and Sean, you're all amazing people!!! More

When we test drove this vehicle seemed to have a little bit of a rough idle when it was sitting at a light, but other than that it seemed to drive great. When we told the salesman that if they fixed that rough idle we would take it . They sent it over to their service department and then called us the next day and said the vehicle was fixed and we could pick it up. When I picked the vehicle the next day; I questioned the person in the Service Department what they had found. He told me there was a misfire in cylinder number 2 and that they had cleaned all the carbon build up in it, reset the codes on the computer, and that it was running fine now. Not being a mechanic myself I took his word that the problem was solved. At first that seemed to be the case, but after only 600 miles the rough idle problem returned this time with a check engine light as well. So this time I took it to a independent mechanic and had him check it out. He found that again cylinder number 2 was misfiring. They determined that carbon was built up in the engine. It has been determined that air was leaking and that the whole top of the motor needs to be rebuilt. He also informed me that there was something called a TSB sheet put out by the manufacturer that warns of this problem with those models of Jeep Liberty's. So I took the Liberty back to Foothills to see what they had to say about it. They basically told me to drop dead. They said the only thing they would do is take it back in trade for practically nothing because it has a blown motor, (How ironic, LOL) or they would sell me a used motor with 93,000 miles on it for $2500, which was also a joke. So in summary; stay away from this dealership and their service department. In my opinion they are dishonest and will tell you anything to make the sale. I have bought many different vehicles from other dealerships around Spokane and Foothill's was the worst one I have ever dealt with. Scott Hall. More
Great experience!! You know how even the IDEA of buying a car can make your stomach flip over? I absolutely dreaded the experience, but it was time. 15 years since buyin You know how even the IDEA of buying a car can make your stomach flip over? I absolutely dreaded the experience, but it was time. 15 years since buying my last vehicle (also from Foothills) and while I had an idea of what I wanted, I still dreaded the experience being a single woman, etc. etc.. I was met by Phil Agnew at around 1:30 on a Saturday afternoon, and he spent a good half hour just asking questions, getting to know me and what my car needs were, price range, payment options, etc. I even told him how much I disliked the process and that needed to know (somehow?) that I was not being taken advantage of, being oversold, or pushed into something more than I needed just because I could probably afford it. He assured me (somehow!) the entire Foothills Group would not let me down. And they didn't! He sent me out on a test drive with Russ Blough in a car he personally selected that he felt fit my needs. I had picked a couple others out thru website, but after driving this ONE car Phil selected for me, there was no need to even drive another. How did he DO that?! Fast forward to Chad Anderson (another great conversation and connection!) and I drove out of that lot in the most beautiful, shiny white spaceship at 4:00 that afternoon. How did they DO that?! This is not what I remember car buying to be like! I will send ALL of my friends and family to Foothills, and I will recommend Mazda cars from this day forward. Phil, you read minds. Chad, you work miracles. Russ, you can teach someone to drive a spaceship in short order. Kevin (service), you deliver what you promise. Rick Reilly, you have a talented bunch of peeps there! Thank you all for a great experience! More
