The service manager was super Accommodating, he was very friendly and worked with my crazy schedule. I don’t live or work close but only trust this Kunes Ford location for my big issue needs. I m upset about the arbitrarily added surcharge to my bill. $34+ for using a credit card is outrageous. Although I have been pleased with Kunes in the past I am offended by this unethical behavior.
