This is our 3rd vehicle we've purchased from Kunes/Delavan, WI. We will not go anywhere else to buy! I bought a car that turned out to be a bad car. There was no way to know that it was bad prior to the purchase; it was just a bad car. A few years ago, I traded in my truck for a brand new focus. Even though it was in the middle of winter, the sales person was more then happy to stand outside with me as I looked at cars with me. The sales person let me test drive a few cars until I found the perfect one. They didn't want me going home in a car I didn't want. Once I found the perfect car, the next step was the finance. The guys that work there are great. They walked me through all the steps and in the end, they kept me within my budget! After I bought my car, I came back after the first 3,000 miles to get my first oil change. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they got me in for my oil chance right away. Went in to buy my first vehicle (I'm a 20 year old college student). All I wanted was a vehicle, didn't care what kind, what brand, just wanted a vehicle. He was very patient, answered all my questions, showed me exactly what I wanted, and worked with in my budget. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles he was trying to sell and gave enthusiastic, helpful service. Kevin worked with me on financing and after pulling strings, got me a great loan deal. I was looking forward to buying my first new car and after much research decided on a 2012 Ford Fusion, a step up from my 2001 Focus that has served me well. Though online searches I came up with one in my price range and options locally at Kunes Country Ford in Delavan, Wi. I went to check it out and met with Sarah Lawson in sales. She checked inventory and that paticular car was no longer availeable. No proplem. She showed me three models in stock with different options, prices and colors. I took a black SEL for a test ride with her and liked the ride and quality of the car, but didn't care for the black leather seats and it was a bit higher priced that I really wanted to spend. With that I told what color and options I wanted and she searched and found one for me from another dealer and went there and drove it back for me the next day. She was great to deal with and not "high pressure" like when I bought my used Focus 6 years ago from a different dealer. We agreed on a fair price and she introduced me to Kevin Kramer. He took care of the financing and gave me a great deal on an extended warranty package. Also very nice to deal with. I brought the car back the next day to instal a light trailer hitch and wiring. Sarah said that that could be done for $50 as a new customer. The service department got right on it and did a great job. Anyone else would have paid over $100 for the same work. The bill was for $59 and change...I paid $50 and Sarah paid the balance. She sticks to her word! Overall it was a very good experience for my first new car and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car new or used to go to a Kunes Country dealed More
