Didn’t fix issue and don’t return calls Service department didn’t fix issue after they finally got me in, and wouldn’t return calls to reschedule appointment after they let a walk in have my Service department didn’t fix issue after they finally got me in, and wouldn’t return calls to reschedule appointment after they let a walk in have my first appointment. Had to have my salesman set up the 2nd appointment, after waiting 4 days for service to call me back. Left shop and vehicle is doing same thing I took it in for, 2018 F150. More

Friendly, fast but incomplete I had a recall fixed on my 2011 F150 and an oil change. It was done in good time but, the next morning, my remote start wouldn’t work. I called, but s I had a recall fixed on my 2011 F150 and an oil change. It was done in good time but, the next morning, my remote start wouldn’t work. I called, but since my remote start was aftermarket, they weren’t sure they could fix it. Since I live about 50 minutes from Lafayette and only 25 minutes from the installer, I went to the installer. It only took a minute to fix because the certified Ford mechanic didn’t plug the harness back in. I had to use 2 hrs. vacation time and the gas, there and back, because the mechanic didn’t finish the job! More

Recall Service Excellent service department. I’ve been in several times over the last 7 years with a few different vehicles and never had a bad experience. Service s Excellent service department. I’ve been in several times over the last 7 years with a few different vehicles and never had a bad experience. Service staff is always friendly, honest, and helpful. Technicians have always done an exceptional job on a variety of services. My vehicles have always been returned to me clean, completely repaired or serviced, and never damaged due to negligent technicians or staff. I unfortunately can’t say the same about other local service centers. Shop rates and service pricing is fair for the area and never excessive. Quite frankly, I’d rather pay a little bit more to have quality work done with trustworthy people than to gamble elsewhere to save a few dollars. More
