Ford Spring Hill - Service Center

I bought 8 F150 trucks from Brandon Ford and they did most of the service work . In the past 3 years i bought 2 vehicles from you folks and dealt with Todd for service on them as well as my 2019 F150 To most of the service work . Horrible experience AGAIN, learned my lesson this time and will not give them another opportunity to get me so upset. I did not rate my service advisor as he has always been wonderful in the past so I gue and will not give them another opportunity to get me so upset. I did not rate my service advisor as he has always been wonderful in the past so I guess he doesn't really deserve 1 star as it would not be recognized as only for this experience. With that being said I thought I could count on him but he let me down so noone left there for help. I am moving on. This causes a big inconvenience for me but it's better than being lied to and getting so upset that I shake. More
