Had to have a battery. Over $200, never heard of such a thing. Needed a bushing on trans linkage but that was on a recall. My worse experience was a year or so ago. I had a power window that didn't work, I had already checked fuses and motor. When I took it in I told the Srevice Manager this but when I picked it up they said we checked fuses and motor but the problem must be in the wiring. They charged me over $200 to do that. Not impressed with that kind of service. We are looking to buy a new car in near future but am a little leary of that kind of service. More

First time customer I couldn’t be more satisfy of the treatment I was shown. And I do not think since I was a first time customer because I watch how other people were be treated in the waiting room and treatment I was shown. I live in Kewanee and have always purchased cars there.really consider making the drive to Galesburg as needed. Even Free coffee and water while you wait. More

Initially gave incorrect information to my father (who’s name’s not even in the car. So, huh?) that I had been in an accident and I was lying about the work done previously needing fixed. Gross. Then, while Rhonda was AMAZING and got it fixed for me at no charge, when my car was returned it was parked cockeyed in the middle of my driveway (come on!) and had Ford of Galesburg water bottles in the cupholders. Ick! Rhonda’s amazing and she will be the reason Ford of Galesburg keeps my business. The rest needs major improvement. More

Very polite service desk, truck was done at a appropriate time reasonable price, would of gave Galesburg for five stars but I don’t think there was a fender cover used on my truck there were multiple multipl time reasonable price, would of gave Galesburg for five stars but I don’t think there was a fender cover used on my truck there were multiple multiple fingerprints on my fenders and smudge marks.
