I've always received prompt scheduling with routine service appointments. Staff have been cordial and professional. I feel more confident with Yemm Ford service department than with taking my Fusion to service appointments. Staff have been cordial and professional. The only thing that was not done is to reset the Oil Life cycle, I did that myself once I got home and realized it. To me that is an important step as that is how I move forward with an Oil change, I know t cycle, I did that myself once I got home and realized it. I used the auto body department to repair my car after an accident. By far the worst experience I have ever had. My car had to be fixed 3 times it took 3 weeks for a 1 week job. There were runs in the paint accident. By far the worst experience I have ever had. My car had to be fixed 3 times it took 3 weeks for a 1 week job. There were runs in the paint the lines were bad.
