I brought my car in on 8/2 and didn't get it back until 8/8. Apparently, there was a parts issue, meaning that the parts needed were not in stock after starting the work on the car. So the repair was delayed significantly until the parts could arrive. Fortunately I had another car to drive during the prolonged repair cycle. I did tell Ryan Holmes that I didn't want them to hurry to make sure that the repair was done correctly. He stayed with the process and explained in detail why the repair took so long and appreciated my patience. I just wish that the diagnostic process could have identified all the repair parts necessary to the the repair would not have taken so much longer than the estimate. More
Cab filter replaced in recent service Cab filter was not due to be replaced but was found to be collapsed in recent service and replaced. The filter was not the problem. Husband checked when got vehicle home because he didn’t think filter was very old. He found the intake screen itself had not been checked and it was blocked. We were leaving on a trip so he cleaned the screen himself. We are happy with service in general, but parts are not cheap and a simple observation would have found the part was not the problem. I wouldn’t have known to check this so next service I am sure filter would have been collapsed again and replaced. This was not only unnecessary charge, if that filter is important enough to be there, it is important enough to work. More

Very satisfied customer! Walked into Yemm Ford Galesburg at 2:00 on a Wednesday. We asked for Nick Van Meter (we had gone to college with and are friends with his parents : Walked into Yemm Ford Galesburg at 2:00 on a Wednesday. We asked for Nick Van Meter (we had gone to college with and are friends with his parents :) He'd come in to work (on his day off) specifically because he thought we'd be stopping in. Not only did he give us three exceptional options (the one car we came in to drive was out of the lot), he spent the next 4 hours making sure we had what we wanted and were ready to drive off the lot. The detail team had already left by the time we had made our decision so Nick took the time to detail the car himself. While the paperwork took a very loooonnnngggg time, Jeff Oeth did a great job of working to get the license we wanted and the papers settled. I believe another employee came back in to help him with the license process as well. Nick stayed until everything was finished, had the car cooling off in front of the building and helped us with all our new bells and whistles. Thank you Yemm Ford, Nick, and the others. #newwheels #happy More

Very unsatisfied I called for an appointment and asked the price for an oil change and was told 130.00 (diesel). When they brought the bill to me in waiting room it was 177.00 . They charged me for 2 units of def at 15.95 per unit. Im going to assume that a unit is 2.5 gallons. I know it was not that low and I was not even asked to put it in. I had already purchased 2.5 gallons at walmart for 7.88 and had not put it in. They also said they couldnt give me my 10.00 discount for the rewards program because the computer was down ?????....Never again !!!! More
