I was not impressed this visit. I asked fir an oil change and they did the works and charged me fir that They picked my car up and I told them keys would be left in it. This was my first experience with body shop. Dave made it so easy got appraisal and apparently. When I dropped car off was given a ride home. When I picked car up it was pouring down rain Dave dr Dave made it so easy got appraisal and apparently. When I dropped car off was given a ride home. Wanted new tires put on. They broke my tire pressure monitor system in one of my tires. Upon checking out they tell me this in a “yea, that happens sometimes” kind of way. Th They broke my tire pressure monitor system in one of my tires. Upon checking out they tell me this in a “yea, that happens sometimes” kind of way. They made no offer to repair or replace even though I came in without any such issue. They left my tire pressures all different from 31 all the way up to 42psi and said they just couldn’t reset the computer. That’s just lazy. By the time I got home I knew I couldn’t trust Ford of Galesburg with working on my vehicle anymore. Very disappointed in the service they provided here. More

1 Very very poor. I had my truck towed there. It's a 2010 ford f150. They wouldnt even look at it. They said they worked on it before for the previous owner. They tell I had my truck towed there. They tell me the truck can not be fixed because they no longer make a wireharness that it needs. They made some kind of homemade wire harness for previous owner and now the truck is screwed up because of it. Now I bought a junk truck that they wont even try to look at the problem they made. I think that is very poor service to tell a customer that sorry you have a junk truck that we cant do anymore with it. THEY DIDNT EVEN BRING IT INSIDE THE BUILDING TO LOOK AT IT. So they have no idea whats going on with it. More
