I dropped my car off to have looked at on a Thursday called on Tuesday and they said it would be next to be looked at. No contact from Yemm Ford. Very poor customer service and I have bought over 5 cars from them in the past. More

I’m not real impressed, the last 3 times I’ve taken my vehicles there I have had to take them back to fix again. That is 2 hrs out of my day x 3 x $ 120 =$720 of my money wasted on poor service. Steve Stone in the parts department is so helpful and kind. You have a valuable employee! He helped me understand recalls and treated me with kindness and too his time to talk to me. I like the dealership but I was less than impressed with my last service. Greasy hand prints are easy to spot on a white vehicle. Tools left in my glove box the previous time I had it serviced.
