Great service department & dealership! I have always received superior service from Yemm. Very easy to get service for routine maintenance or in the event of unexpected emergency. Hard to get ahold of service department I had a hard time when calling to talk to the service department when I was setting up appointment and then checking afterwards. Very helpful I had missed a previous appointment, and had missed it, they were very helpful and fit me in on short notice. personal service To begin, while I am not a vehicle repair person, as far as I know, the service performed was done correctly. (?) I received a verbal estimate for 4 To begin, while I am not a vehicle repair person, as far as I know, the service performed was done correctly. (?) I received a verbal estimate for 4 jobs to be done of something under $550. After the vehicle was dropped off and service begun, I received a call saying one of things to be done was not a problem but something else requiring a different technician was required. I agreed to not do that at this time since the technician required was not available. Then I was told I was given the wrong labor rate for one of the 3 remaining jobs to be done. The end result was approximately the same cost for 3 jobs as the estimate had been for 4 jobs, $512. After leaving, when I got to my vehicle I found the driver's door partially open and the vehicle unlocked. I had one of the service desk staff come out to see and was told "if it helps any, we have cameras". That doesn't help at all. Finally, I called back after getting home and asked to speak to the service manager, was put on hold, and finally got the voice mail for "Mike". I left a message ask him to call back leaving my number. This all occurred on Wednesday, March 21, 2018. To this date, I have heard nothing from Yemm Ford. I haven't tried to reconnect with them because I've been dealing with family issues which have come about as the result of a 13 year old grandson's heart surgery. More
