Although I have had my issues with the service department in recent years, I am happy to report that Van Drunen will stand behind their service and respond appropriately when a complaint is made. I believe my car has now been adequately tested, and the problem with the braking system is, hopefully, a thing of the past. My advice if any issues regarding service occur is to speak to Dave Dykstra, the service manager, who takes customer satisfaction very seriously. My hope is that this level of service will continue, at which point Van Drunen would again (in my eyes) be a 5-star service center. (Note - if you're buying a new car from Van Drunen, you can't go wrong with Redd Walker.) More

These guys offer a fantastic dealer experience. If you've ever had a bad experience at a dealership, give these guys a shot and they will renew your faith. I expected the price to magically change, but it never did. Was happy with the price I paid, the low pressure sales experience, and the prompt attention to any requests I made. The dealership has an outstanding Body Shop. Not only did they repair the rear bumper on my Mustang (after being rear ended), but they have installed several accessories on my Mustang.
