My car was in need of service due to two recalls. Ford of Latham mentioned that they'd have to order parts before we scheduled an appointment - and that's what they did. Once the parts were in, I scheduled an appointment. Dropped my car off and was told that it would be finished well before 5PM and that I'd receive a call when it was ready for pick up. I never received a call. When I called at 5PM, I was sent to the voicemail of my service advisor and he never called me back. I went to the dealership and was told that: "we could not close your recalls because we needed parts to do so." ?????? I was told that the parts were already ordered and in their possession. They were not prepared for my appointment and they did not communicate well. More
