Service Dept I came in to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I had an appointment at 1000. I arrived at 0950. Everyone was very friendly. That seems a bit long for an oil change esp when some people came in after me were done before me. I asked about this when I was checking out. I was told that everyone was in a rush to get their car serviced before the holiday. I agree, that's why I was there. I had an appointment and was surprised by the length of time it took to get my service done. More
