This dealership and most specifically their service department is amazing. I live an hour and twenty minutes away and I took my Dads car to our local Ford dealer to diagnose the windshield wiper proble department is amazing. I live an hour and twenty minutes away and I took my Dads car to our local Ford dealer to diagnose the windshield wiper problem. They did nothing. I decided to take the car to Ford of Peoria on Pioneer Park. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time. In the course of replacing the motor for the wipers the windshield was accidentally damaged. Again, no problem for them. They replaced the entire windshield and gave me a loaner car on the day of the windshield replacement. I will drive the hour and a half to have our cars serviced at Ford of Peoria on Pioneer Parkway. I can’t say enough good about this dealership. Even from the moment of driving up to the service lane area these folks exude professionalism and care. More
This dealership knocked it out of the park on servicing my vehicle! I own a transportation company and my 2022 Ford Transit Connect van broke down unexpectedly mid delivery. It was very urgent to get it lo my vehicle! I own a transportation company and my 2022 Ford Transit Connect van broke down unexpectedly mid delivery. It was very urgent to get it looked at. I called 3 Ford dealerships closer to me, and none of them could even look at it for a week. When I called Ford Peoria, the service manager said “sure, I can look at it today just get it in here”. The very next day it was assessed and repaired. It was just a bad sensor. But my company would have been down for over a week if they didn’t squeeze it in like that. I felt they understood my situation and urgency, and they provided great customer service! I will continue to use their service department for sure- Thank you!! Terrible service. Absolute terrible management. Charged us $3000 to fix our car and they fixed the wrong part. Now they don't want to deal with it anymore so they wa Absolute terrible management. At a recent visit to have my car serviced, i came in contact with Ron Herman in the service department. He is one of the rudest people I have had to speak to at the Ford of Peoria. He should be educated to look at the customer while talking instead of eating and staring at the computer. I feel he is very arrogant and looks down upon women like I did not know what I was talking about. Will not be back. . More
Their service department is horrible. I've had 3 interactions with them, none of felt good. One was replscement of rear suspension when months later I was replacing brakes I noticed a b I've had 3 interactions with them, none of felt good. One was replscement of rear suspension when months later I was replacing brakes I noticed a backed out bolt on a control arm. It was thoroughly cross threaded and had to be replaced. Clearly someone was overly aggressive with an impact. Next was an instrument cluster with a failed screen that I had to twist their arms endlessly to just replace because they wanted to upsell me on "diagnostics" when it was a clear screen failure. And the final time that finally got me to take the time to review was when my pcm failed and after doing a swap needed a simple reprogram. They flat out refused and were rude to boot. I wasn't asking for free work, and if somehow the pcm bricked I had recourse with the supplier of it, so really only liability for them was if they messed up something else on the can bus which would very much be their fault. It's a clear attempt to drive more parts sales beyond the minimum for the car's condition. For the manager to tell me he didn't want to waste his time talking to me was rude, unprofessional and given tbe circumstances smells of someone who doesn't understand owners right to service philosophy (given that it was a sort of you do any work then you are dead to us response) that has worked its way into law in many states. Would never get a vehicle serviced here. Warranty issue should be fixed quickly. Was lied to for 10 days while they had it for 10 days other services not performed.
