I really disliked this Ford dealer ever since I’ve moved here. The team’s attitude is terrible. Horrible customer service as well. However, recently I’ve had to take my explorer here for some work and I here. The team’s attitude is terrible. Horrible customer service as well. I must say, best customer service advisor I’ve encountered at any Ford dealership. Communication was on point and very tentative to any of my questions or concerns. Never seemed bothered and provided reassurance that my vehicle would receive the great quality work it should receive. My experience was terrific. They were able to drive me home and then pick me up again so I didnt have wait. They were very efficient and accommodating.
