I love having my car serviced at Ford of Ventura. I don’t love that I have to over explain or get upset telling the service check in lady what I want done in order to have it done. I asked the service girl who checked me in for my 20,000 mile service to check a tire that had been giving me problems. She didn’t want to listen to what I was saying just wanted to tell me sometimes cars do that, turns out there was a small leak that was fixed however I shouldn’t feel like I’m being silly or ridiculous by asking for it to be looked at. My frustration really stems from when I bought the vehicle I was told there was Apple care play. When I couldn’t figure out how to get it working the same service lady told me I had yo buy a special C cord from my phone and added in why I wanted apple car play anyways. $40 later turns out my car did not have apple car play. I was turned off by this person. I have had with other service people check me in with no issue. Including your cashiers who are always wonderful. I will continue to have my car serviced there I just know when she walks out to check me in I know I’ll have to be assertive to get what I want done. More
