Car also reeked of smoke when specifically asked and replied to that it is a non smokers car. Absolutely worthless. What a bunch of scammers, the entire family, mom dad and son. Came off the truck with the front bumper glued on, grill cracked, roof falling down, light broken check engine light on and stinks. This should be a happy day for me yet it was a huge let down. Anesh and the entire Ortiz family are bad people. Maybe they were good at some point but someting must have changed. Financial trouble, drugs, who knows. Close the browser, cancel the deal and run. Hit 4 of the top 10 in Florida's Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Did I mention the wheels were spray painted and glued? Stay away. They need to have their license pulled. This is why Trump wants to build a wall. We fight so these people can come here and have a better life and they come here and rob us blind, then blow us up. Bad Bad Bad. More

I found Foreign Affairs through a Google search of the car of my choice, a 2011 Nissan Juke. I was attracted to this car's body and style and it being a crossover vehicle, perfect for my growing family. Upon finding my car on this site, I was amazed at the low price (thousands below what other dealers were asking for the same car), the most features and LOWEST miles than I had seen anywhere else! I thought to myself, for sure there's something wrong with it. Not to mention, the car being a manual transmission which is was also my preference, all other's I had seen were automatic. I couldn't have been more wrong, the car is perfect. Another feature that Foreign Affairs offered were CarFax reports which I saw came with each and every vehicle on their lot. No paying for a report on a car that you may not even buy! My salesman, Anesh, was even more unbelievable in service. Although my interest wasn't buying one of their high-end European cars (which are also competitively priced, btw), my service and interaction with him was nothing short of professional and courteous. His interaction with me over the car buying period was patient, informative and again PROFESSIONAL. He even held the car there for me for a WEEK until I had the opportunity to make it to the dealership. Once I made it there, I felt like the only customer that mattered, he assisted me every step of the way! After having my car for now two weeks, I couldn't be more happier. I'm driving in style, comfort and most importantly safety. I'd definitely recommend Foreign Affairs to anyone looking for a great car for a great price with superb service to match. Phenomenal Experience I just wanted to give a very honest opinion of my recent service experience. First, I had minutes before, left our local VW dealer feeling pretty bad. I just wanted to give a very honest opinion of my recent service experience. First, I had minutes before, left our local VW dealer feeling pretty bad. I had left phone messages with one of their service writers, had to drive to the dealership because my messages weren't returned. So on my way home decided to stop in (no prior appointment) to Foreign Affairs. Was greeted by the owner, Frank Ortiz (makes a great cappuccino) and ( easy on the eyes) Leon Oxley. Told them what was going on with my car and within the hour had gotten to the real issues and not to have un necessary work, repaired the problem. They kept it overnight so they could perform the safety checks and drive it early the next morning to their satisfaction, before returning it to me. Not only did they fix it to my satisfaction, they came in under estimate AND over $1000 less than VW estimate. Gave me peace of mind, and that is priceless! Sincerely Robin Malone More
