Micah Daught was phenomenal with helping me find parts for a Maserati Ghibli. All the parts were correct and he made sure I received them in a timely manner. I have dealt with numerous Bentley dealers, and I can assure you that Scott was the most gracio you are to have Scott MacDonald on your service team. I have dealt with numerous Bentley dealers, and I can assure you that Scott was the most gracious and knowledgeable service guy I have ever dealt with. There are times when Bentley service people can be even more snobby and arrogant than the customers they serve. Not in Scott’s case. He went totally out of his way to help me with any questions I had on a particular Bentley that you guys service and that I am interested in purchasing.
