(Big laugh there) the mechanic had it in the back for 20mins. And then said it was ready? No way! All that work would Have to take hours! I drove it around the block and as I suspended NOT FIXED! The mechanic took it for a drive,came in the back door and pulled the lady I'd been dealing with aside Told her something and then came back to me to feel me he was gonna need till tomorrow to fix it so I told the lady I'd just take my money back! She talked to the mechanic and said(he's gonna fix it now like we promised but its gonna take a bit, go get lunch and it'll be done when I get back Well 2 hours later it wasn't finished ad getting late outside I said I'd come back in the morning the salesman again assured me it would be repaired or my money back guaranteed! And as I feared next day only the motor mount was replaced So when I asked for my money back this NEW lady tell's me No REFUNDS AS IS I looked at the salesman and said That's not wat he told me! I left (without the car,) and went directly to my bank to stop payment It took my bank 2 months to deny my fraud claim and Now the vans still at there lot (or so they say) I'm out $3000.00 And every time I'm told the manager will call me they don't! These people will stupe so low as to swindle a needy family with an autistic child! Be warned!! More

Since I acquired the first car I detected that they were hiding something and when they asked me 4 days to return the car for which I had given $ 1,800 down payment, payment of new plate $ 367.85 to supposedly give me a cheaper one I started to suspect that something was happening. By forcing me to deliver the first one even paying it to give me a limon car with mechanical damage, damaged glass. gums enhuevadas. no change of oil and filter, broken shifter with exposed wires, parts of the car broken, dash registering 8 bad things in the car, was painted by shock, in turn I had to pay + $ 80 per transfer and the dealer does not want to meet with agreements of arrangement by their seller, they use the money that is paid to pay their debts do not credit the client, in short I can write a story ... there is no treatment to the client, they lie and deceive. I PAYED IT BUT I WILL LEAVE UP TO GOT TO PUNISH THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES. WHILE I WAS WAITING THERE TO GET THE CAR READY, ONE COUPLE CAME FROM N. The SIX cars I had saw online, none were there, they'd ALL "just been sold" - yeah right. Some guy that looked straight out of the movie "used cars" rode us around on what can only be described as a "death cart" to look at more lots filled with junk. Funny, while I used the cars.com app on my phone, none of the cars they actually had seemed to be on there.... And all the cars I saw were nowhere to be seen. After making a polite excuse to leave we almost got slammed into while pulling out, on account of them having no parking forcing people to park and block the view. For your family's safety, don't even bother pulling in! Nothing they advertise is actually there, the people look like, act like, and - I kid you not - smell like SLOBS. The guy over the phone assured me all of the cars were there but he was nowhere to be found when I got there a couple hours later. I tried one other lot on this road, they were no better. My advice - stay off of Aurora Rd and buy your car somewhere else. Also, after leaving I heard Action 9 In orlando had done an investigative video on it, I found it by googling "Automax Brevard Action 9". After watching it, I am SOOOOOOO glad I didn't buy a car from these jackholes. More

PROTECT YOURSELF AND NEVER GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I would NEVER recommend anyone buy a vehicle from this establishment, under any circumstance. I'm writing this review from the side of interstate 95 w I would NEVER recommend anyone buy a vehicle from this establishment, under any circumstance. I'm writing this review from the side of interstate 95 while waiting for a tow truck to pick up the F-350 we bought this afternoon from Auto Max of Brevard. After driving the truck off the lot and getting up to speed on the interstate we noticed the front end of the truck irraticlly shaking (something you wouldn't notice from a 45mph test drive around the block). We kept driving and all of a sudden the front passenger tire exploded and yanked the truck toward the edge of the highway. Upon examination, the tire looked completely shredded and half of it blown off (not something done by hitting a pothole or running over a nail). We called Auto Max of Brevard immediately and asked to speak to a manager (since we haven't even driven 25 miles since purchasing the truck). He said "I'LL GIVE YOU THE NUMBER OF A CHEAP TOW TRUCK COMPANY". Also, before buying the truck, the sales people kept using the term "plus plus plus", referring to fees associated with the purchase. I kept inquiring what these fees were and prices and everyone kept being shady and dismissing the question (yet were eager to run the debit card). After negotiating a price of $7750 (plus tax ~$566 and a title fee of $77) we expected a cost around $8400. They asked us for $9290! I immediately asked where the other ~$1000 came from. She told me it goes toward "detailing the new truck, doing paperwork and other fees". I asked for a fee breakdown cost and she could not supply me with one. I was ready to forget the whole deal and she said "OH well I can take $100 off the price". I was still not interested in having a $900 detail done. She then offered to take $250 off, which my boyfriend accepted. BOTTOM LINE, this company does not care about you, and will gladly screw you over at any chance. Please don't be taken advantage of as we were. More

The car seemed to be reliable at the time, however and this is going to sound cliché but as soon as we drove off the lot the car started falling apart. Now before he signed the paperwork we made sure that they put in writing that they would repair a few items that to me did not seem unreasonable, fix the battery (which would have been as easy as spending $60 on a new battery) but they did not even do that. They were also supposed to change the A/C switch, never happened and they had a fit about putting it in writing, we should have known better at this point, but with poor credit there is not much he could do. I digress, the next part was even worse, the person they had processing the paperwork had no idea what she was doing other than printing the paperwork out and knowing where to sign. I had to explain the paperwork to my father. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you think you may have a decent deal in the works with them, you don't. The owner of the company is more worried about lining his pockets then repeat business. Don't waste your time!!! Or MONEY!!! RIP OFF!!!! More
