Scam artists. The salesmen are scam artists! We had gotten all of our paper work & deal signed for a truck. We ran out of time (because “finance” took forever), and The salesmen are scam artists! We had gotten all of our paper work & deal signed for a truck. We ran out of time (because “finance” took forever), and they told us we could take it and come back later that evening to finish signing the paperwork. When the manager was trying to convince my wife to accept the deal, he asked her, “isn’t he worth the money?” I believe that question was very unprofessional. Let me add that the paper license plate was expired. They call us about an hour after leaving and tell us just to come on Monday to sign because the credit union was closed (this was a Saturday). My wife had work and they were even offering to bring the paperwork to her at work. We agreed that she would come by after work (745pm). We can get a call at 725 pm (ish) telling us that they can’t sell us the truck and the key shouldn’t have been in it. So basically what was happening was they were trying to get us to fall in love with this truck, knowing it couldn’t be sold, just so they could get us to agree to a higher payment on a new truck. They had no remorse about this and did nothing to improve our customer satisfaction. Beware! More
