My vehicle was 12 yrs old and I was interested in trading it in. I visited the Grand Opening at the Ft Collins Dodge Chrysler Jeep location on Mason & Harmony. It was very busy but I was able to connect with a salesman, Ryan Buller. Being a single woman who had moved from Michigan to Colorado, and this was my first time visiting a dealership in Colorado, I was a little apprehensive. But Ryan couldn't have been more patient, attentive and professional and I truly appreciated it. You could tell right away that he loved cars (especially jeeps), was very knowledgeable about them and very passionate about his profession.. He loves what he does and it shows which makes for a truly superior customer service experience. He was a super star. I first test drove the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk 2.0 turbo on Saturday, then came back the following Saurday to test drive the same car again, then a Compass and then the Trailhawk with a V6 engine all the while Ryan never pushed for a sale. He said he wanted me to decide which vehicle was the right one for me. Smart! I chose the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk V6 and love driving it. I just want to say thank you to all of the staff at this location as they were so friendly every time I walked in the door. Also, Greg Lerew was the Finance Manager who drew up my lease and he was very professional and also very funny (reminiscing about the good old days). He made the experience painless.
