Poor managment paired with a poor product = worst car buying experience of a lifetime. #contact7investigates I spent $40,000.00 here, and on my 3rd attempt at warranty repair with only 3k miles on the vehicle, the service manager told me and I quote “ maybe its better if we go our separate ways and you take it to another dealer” this is what some FCA dealerships have come to. Shameful. They value your money, and not you as a customer. I highly recommend NOT doing business with Fort Collins Dodge Chrysler Jeep. More

Service department took advantage and scratched the car! My son as a warranty on his Dodge Challenger and before heading to college this fall he wanted to have his transmission looked at because it was clunk My son as a warranty on his Dodge Challenger and before heading to college this fall he wanted to have his transmission looked at because it was clunking when he would put it in gear. So thinking the dealership would be the most knowledgeable and natural choice he brought it to Ft. Collins. Wen he got the car back and paid the bill, not only did they NEVER address the original concern but charged him instead for work that he had NOT requested (that actually didn't NEED to be done)! They took total advantage of a kid! NOW the story gets better after he gets the car home it is discovered that in addition to not actually repairing the car, there is now a series of scrape marks from where someone had likely placed items on top of the roof and dragged them off whereby scratching the paint in roughly a 1 Ft. sq area. I called to address this, but of course sent to voice mail and have yet to get a call back! What terrible business practices. They make a lot of money... WHY do they have to be so shady!!!? More
