I leaped for joy when I saw the word DODGE and pulled into your place. We of course had no appointment but were taken in minutes to see what was wrong with our red DODGE caravan that would also be turning 100,000 miles far away from our Illlinois home. We were told soon after what needed to be done, how much it would cost, but even more important, that it could be fixed that day. Thank you to all the people we were in contact with who helped us pass the day. BUt NOT the child whose mechanic father left him sitting in the waiting room making me crazy. Putting pencils up hisnose, drawing on the nice chairs, fooling around in the bathroom, hitting a ball around that nearly hit me, well I was notpaid to babysit. And NO he did not do his homework which his father asked him when he finally came to get him. Lucky that we were not stranger dangers!! But thank you for fixing my car and letting me enjoy our trip out West! More

I brought my car in and Brought in my 13 Dodge dart with an electrical problem. My center console and all my sensors kept just shutting off randomly. I brought my car in and paid the diagnostic fee to see what dodge themselves thought it was. I got a print out of the issues and brought it back to the Toyota dealership I'd bought it at less than a month prior to see if they'd pitch in to fix it, which they did. I sent it in for service at DCJ and paid $500 plus another $400 from the Toyota dealership to have this issue fixed. Got it back and it hadn't fixed the issue at all. Took i back in got a free diag, (later they claimed my car had never had a diagnosis, it was "their best guess") got a rental for two days and they said they'd warranty the part they'd just put in. I told them at this point it was a short in the wiring, most likely on it's way out to the firewall under my shifter. I rudley got told I was wrong. i couldn't afford to have them do anything else so I waited a few weeks and then set up a time for a full diagnosis. I was comped another rental car and dropped my car off with a service tech. 5 days later I hadn't heard anything so I called and they said service was closed, called back a week later and was told service would call me back first thing in the morning. Called back a week later after never received a phone call to update the paperwork in the vehicle because it was my name, but someone else's address, ID number, insurance info, and last four of their social. During this call, I was also told I'd be receiving a call from service in the morning so look out for it. A week later (27 days total now) they finally called because THEY FORGOT THEY HAD MY CAR IN THE SHOP. THEY DID NOT KNOW THEY HAD IT. I've doubled the miles on this rental at that point because I work in Denver and they were mad at ME for their mistake. I got back to the dealership same day to pick up my car and they'd replaced a wire and replaced the radio. Neither of which I asked for and I told them they never had permission to work on my car, it was for a diagnosis. Was rudley told I was wrong and I wasn't getting my car back until I paid. Talked to Steve Harvey the GM and he basically said the same thing with more words. I paid partially because I couldn't afford more and was left with a $60 bill still to be paid. Took my car home and as I'm leaving the parking lot my center stack shuts down again. All that time and problems and ithey still couldn't fix it. I called them back and said I wasn't paying the $60 until we figured it out. Dropped it off for a diagnosis, that was free, as well as comped my rental again. Next day they said they found the problem and it would be 480 to fix. I called FCA of America and fought for a few weeks about making the dealership pay for the service and I will continue to do so until they ACTUALLY fix the problem. I'm sitting in their parking area typing this out because they aren't open yet and I'm going to copy and paste this as far and wide as I can. It's been 8 months of promises they can't keep and taking my money and I wish I'd have just taken the trip to the Cheyenne dealership so maybe it would have been fixed the first time. FORT COLLINS DODGE CHRYLER JEEP ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND THEY HAVE LESS KNOWLEGE ABOUT THEIR OWN BRAND THAN ANYONE IVE EVER SEEN. I've since been told after contacting the better business bureau that they would like to to conduct business elsewhere. This dealership stole $1100 from me and has now said they won't work on my car because I've shared my story. More

Amazingly awful and actually Life threatening. Wanna hear a good customer service story? Yeah you do! So, my wife and I leased a dodge from Jeff D'Ambrosio in Downingtown Pennsylvania a few years a Wanna hear a good customer service story? Yeah you do! So, my wife and I leased a dodge from Jeff D'Ambrosio in Downingtown Pennsylvania a few years ago. Good place and a good deal, but the wheels fell off when we moved to Fort Collins Colorado in 2015. Because it was a leased vehicle, we did all our service at the dealership, and we had a lot of electrical and other issues. The customer service was awful, they would never call when they said they would, never notified of our vehicle being ready or not, frequently ordered wrong parts, but would hold the vehicle for days. The receptionist was often rude to my wife and I, and then it happened! We demanded a loner car for a service that would take several days. We had no idea, but a morphine pill had been left in the car, which either an employee at Fort Collins dodge, Chrysler, jeep, ram left in the car, or the car was not properly cleaned after the last customer. Regardless, our 3 year old found it and got it into her mouth! After that, my watchful wife quickly pulled it but not before it began to dissolve. My 3 year old lost consciousness, but quickly came too, and the paramedics arrived shortly there after. Mr. Steve Hardy at the dealership expressed what I perceived as obligatory remorse and asked that I let him know if we needed anything. Well, when the lease ended, we had to have a windshield replaced, and other minor work done to avoid excess charges. Are you ready for this? We had the work done as Chrysler Capital said we should, but when we received the bill (After turning in the vehicle), the windshield was still on it, and so was paint damage that turned out to be an inspector error along with... wait for it... a $400 dollar charge for not leasing another dodge . We were told that because of our dismal experience we might have that charge waved but no matter who we spoke to at Chrysler capital or the dealership, they directed us to someone else with no help. They are charging us $1700 total with only $400 for overage miles being valid. Please share so others can know how Chrysler cares! Customer service is dead... Happy 4th of July. More
