The service was fast for what was required, and my Jeep returned in the time they said it would be. I brought my Surface laptop and worked at one of the tables outside of the sales office. Why I did not give 5 stars is due to the normal waiting room. The TV there is turned to a news channel, does not matter which one for they are the same. ANGRY, self-righteous and self-center. I would discipline my child for acting like that. The volume is loud reflecting off the solid walls. It is not pleasant to sit in there, for you can not even carry on a simple conversation in a normal voice much less the overshadowing of negative imagery and words. It is bad enough that you are having your vehicle serviced and it is going to heavy impact your budget unless it is a recall. But to add to that stress they throw up noisy millionaires telling us they care about us and what to think. One lady asked an employee to please change the channel and turn down the volume. I went to the front to get away from this bombardment. Three and a half hours later I came back into the room and it is still blaring. If you are going to have a TV, may I suggest a lower volume and switching to something more pleasant. Such as the FOOD channel. Or better yet get rid of the TV and have soft background music. It would be nice to talk to other people or enjoy our own space with our phones, tablets or computers. Help remove additional stress and save your business the cost of cable TV service. I feel others besides myself would appreciate this change and the respect of our space. Thank you. More
