I have been taking my Jeep Patriot to the Jeep Dealer in Cheyenne for service for years. I bought both it and my wife's PT new there in 07 . Last month I had a front end alignment done and the vehicle began Cheyenne for service for years. I bought both it and my wife's PT new there in 07 . Last month I had a front end alignment done and the vehicle began having subtle and not so subtle steering issues. After multiple attempts to have the issue resolved with the Service Manager, I finally gave up after he told me that he did not experience the same issue and that I would have to wait until it got worse as he did not even know where to start with a diagnosis. Fort Collins Jeep was recommended to me and after my first visit, I understand why. Colin was also unable to experience my steering issue but he gave me the option of more in depth troubleshooting diagnosis process. I was very happy to at least have the option !! Colin followed up with me daily and some times several times a day with the progress. He clearly explained any costs prior to the work being performed and explained in detail why the team believed the work would resolve the issue (they actually were able to duplicate my issue). I drove my Patriot home today (they had it a week) and I could not be a more satisfied customer. More

Ryan went out of his way to make sure we would be happy with the vehicle that we chose. We went back and fourth between the Dodge Avenger and the Jeep Patriot. James had both vehicles approved by the time with the vehicle that we chose. We went back and fourth between the Dodge Avenger and the Jeep Patriot. At one point Ryan said he would stay with us all day if necessary. I came in by myself and Ryan allowed me to take the vehicle to my house so my wife could see it as well. My wife bought a car here while I was away on business. I was nervous to say the least. Well guys, she was treated great and when I got home and reviewed everything I was pleased to see everything was exactl was nervous to say the least.
