My husband and I were stopping at Fort Collins Dodge Jeep to simply look around at the Dodge Journeys. We were greeted by Harry De La Cruz, who was very informative, friendly, and very well versed on the ve to simply look around at the Dodge Journeys. We never felt pressured by Harry, although he was more that willing to crunch the numbers for us if we were interested. The process of finalizing our purchase of our new Journey was the least stressful we have ever had with any dealership! Harry was great, and so was Robert Smith, who walked us through the financial papers to finish the purchase. We will recommend this dealership without hesitation. We LOVE our new Journey! From the moment my wife and I walked on the lot, we were treated like people and weren't pushed around by the salesman. Our salesman was Ryan Bullard and not only was he incredibly honest, he knew more about the cars on the lot than some mechanics would. Also, unlike most dealerships, they gave us a fair price for a trade in. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is tired of getting pushed around and lied to at other dealerships. More

I called and asked for new truck sales. I was handed off to Virgil. He was very knowlegable about his products. He helped me get the vehicle that fit my needs perfectly. I drove to the dealership. May 5th we took our 2008 limited edition charger superbee for an oil change and tire balance. we take pride in the fact that we only take our car to the dodge dealership for all of its care. We provide the oil for our car to the service dept to save a little money and get oil we want (mobile one, listed on the cap). we get the car back and i notice the price is too high, they mistakenly put their oil in (pennzoil). They offered to take it out and put ours in but we were there for 2.5 hrs already, we said thats ok. we go home to wash the car after oil change as always and my husband notices scratches in every rim. No One even reported this to us (like as if we wouldnt notice) again this is a numbered car! so we take the car out to meet service manager so he can look at them, he tells us this guy can fix them up. we meet the guy and he is honest and tells us he cant fix them the scratchs are too deep. Sooo again this car we have taken taken total pride in, we put this car in car shows and drive it only in excellent weather. So we had to show the service manager the scratches again to make sure it was his machine, and compare the cone to the scratch. This is very upsetting to me, as I felt he was blaming me for the scratch. so after he sees that yes indeed his machine did scracth them, now we are waiting for the repairs to start happening. Very disappointed in this dealership, my husband even tried to speak with the owner of this dearlership and has left messages for him with no call back!!! More
