Bad review. I am so beyond frustrated with the service jere. I have been trying to get my recalls done for months. I booked the appointment a month in advance wirh zero clarification. I show up today and they couldn't even ca me before I drove over an hour to get there that they couldn't do anything or complwte the recalls. They dont give clarification on when they will be able to complete them. I needed to get my sunroof looked at so still had them look at my car. My appointment was at 9:30 am. They didnt even look at my car until 2:00pm with no estimate on when they will be done. When I can get my car once again I live an hour away and need a ride. I use my car for business and they cant contact me or call me or give me anything. And I still have to pay for their trap service . No manager. No apologies no help. This is the worst dealership and service department in the world. I will never ever never ever never never never ever take my car here again. This place is an absolute joke with a bunch of idiots and crooks. And I still cant get any idea on when I can ir will get my car back!!!!!! WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM.????????? More

Came in to have new key fob programmed It took approximately 2 hrs to complete About 1 hour longer than I was originally told, I forget exactly what I was told the delay was, (doesn’t matter) E approximately 2 hrs to complete About 1 hour longer than I was originally told, I forget exactly what I was told the delay was, (doesn’t matter) Everyone was very pleasant and cordial Although the service advisor seemed a little inexperienced, we all have to start somewhere. The person who brought my truck around very skillfully backed it in between two other vehicles where I could only open the door appropriately 1/2 way All minor issues I would recommend your dealership (I was a service advisor for about 10 years at several different automotive lines then went into HVAC eventually, owning my own business for 15 years, which I sold when I retired, I know what good service should be like) 4 stars More

Have a low mileage (under 40,000) 1994 YJ Wrangler. Had initial diagnostic with the related routine maintenance done by FoCo Jeep (aka Fort Collins Dodge Chrysler Ram). This was 3 years ago when I Had initial diagnostic with the related routine maintenance done by FoCo Jeep (aka Fort Collins Dodge Chrysler Ram). This was 3 years ago when I first bought it. This past summer FoCo Jeep sent me a text indicating time for follow-up maintenance. Some additional service (@ significant cost) related to the age of the vehicle was also due. FoCo Jeep installed a new battery this past September. Took the Jeep in this past October for the necessary work. Had FoCo Jeep put new tires on it as well. FoCo Jeep does my oil changes too! The service team (Stephen Slack) and support staff (Stephanie Baty) were tops in my book - friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. The tech team provided abundant detail of the diagnostics, work performed, even work not performed or not necessary (to be included on the invoice).
