There were some price discrepancies which were handled very unprofessionally and in a disrespectful manner. I ultimately found a straight forward salesperson who was highly professional and transparent at another dealership. At the end of the day, it was disappointing to see your local dealership attempt to transact under a veil of secrecy and lack of professionalism. I will not go back here and I would not recommend her. More

Bought 2 cars in the last 2 weeks about a week and a half ago .we went to this dealership very stressed out from a different dealership trying to find a certified used vehicle for my about a week and a half ago .we went to this dealership very stressed out from a different dealership trying to find a certified used vehicle for my in-laws. the management and the sales person ( Rocky sorry I don’t remember his last name ) even though it was in the middle of a blizzard and corporate said that they could go home . they stayed for us and we bought them an amazing car . As my in-laws were shopping for their car I kept looking at the niro that was sitting in their show room . I thought about it for a week and a half or so and decided to call on it on Saturday. just to see if they still had it. I got a fantastic sales rep name Nicole she was the sweetest person you would ever meet. She even kept the car inside their building for me so i knew it was the exact one I asked for. She had all the paperwork ready for me to just sign financing was already ready by the time I got up there . Their finance guy I’m sorry I don’t remember his name was amazing. instead of us going to office to office he actually came to the desk that we were working at with Nicole .it was incredibly nice to be in a dealership that actually cares about their people I 100% recommend this dealer to anyone that is looking for a Kia.
