Rob Jones at Tynan's Kia is the best! I just purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage from Tynan's Kia in Fort Collins. Before we went into the dealership itself, we contacted Rob Jones via the websi I just purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage from Tynan's Kia in Fort Collins. Before we went into the dealership itself, we contacted Rob Jones via the website, so we could get a better idea of what their inventory was and how to go about the whole process. Rob was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional right from the start. He stated that he would pull some KIAs for us, ones that he thought fit what we were looking for and our needs best. When we arrived, he was warm, welcoming and took us straight to the cars he had pulled for us. The first one he showed us was perfect. He knew exactly what we wanted and got it spot on, the first time! While going over the paperwork and working to get us a deal, there was never once where we felt that he had forgotten about us or was trying to push something down our throats. He explained every possible situation that we could go with, in detail. He listened to our wants, needs and spoke to us like a person - not like a pushy salesman that you can often find at dealerships. He kept offering us refreshments, asking if we were comfortable and sure about the price and car we were going to be purchasing. After we purchased the car he kept in touch by asking how we liked the Sportage and kept reiterating that if there was anything he could do to help or if we needed anything at all explained further, to contact him. I never actually went to Peak Kia but they did tell me they weren't interested in "giving away" a Turbo. I started emailing with Rob Jones and he flat out said "anything anyone else does I'll do better!" I thought to myself that's one bold friggin' statement - but he certainly had my attention. Rob was highly professional, yet personable and human at the same time. After a fun and hilarious email conversation I told him to give me a reason to come to Fort Collins, and he sure did - Rob helped me stay within my budget while getting me into an absolutely fantastic vehicle that I'm thrilled to be driving!
