As a first time buyer I was very nervous about financing and how to get approved and Nicole was wonderful. She was very calm and was willing to answer any question I had. Then once I got to Tynan I was super nervous and everyone was so friendly and I didn't feel like a burden when going through the process. I never actually went to Peak Kia but they did tell me they weren't interested in "giving away" a Turbo. I started emailing with Rob Jones and he flat out said "anything anyone else does I'll do better!" I thought to myself that's one bold friggin' statement - but he certainly had my attention. Rob was highly professional, yet personable and human at the same time. After a fun and hilarious email conversation I told him to give me a reason to come to Fort Collins, and he sure did - Rob helped me stay within my budget while getting me into an absolutely fantastic vehicle that I'm thrilled to be driving! The whole process was straightforward and easy. Another thing I really appreciated about working with Rob was his level of honesty and integrity. My GF is upside-down on her car, but when it simply wasn't possible to get her into the vehicle she wanted at her budget Rob gave us straightforward and honest advice on how to proceed - he never tried to shove another vehicle down her throat or push is into something we didn't want but instead gave us honest and straightforward advice on how and when to get the deal we need on the car we want. Exactly 24 hours after we found the car we wanted at Tynan's Kia we were in their showroom and taking care of the paperwork. Definitely would recommend my friends and family that are looking to get a new car to go up and see them at Tynans. Low Pressure, High Quality Car Purchasing Experience We have never bought a new car and walked in to Tynan's just to shop around, inquire, and maybe test drive a car. I was dreading the cliche car sales We have never bought a new car and walked in to Tynan's just to shop around, inquire, and maybe test drive a car. I was dreading the cliche car salesman "dog and pony show" that comes when you step onto a lot. Then, out walked Nicole Garner! She treated us so well. She was very low key, no pressure, and had great attention to detail. She really just allows you to be you on the lot and never put any pressure on us to purchase. She gave us our space, but was there when we needed to drill into details regarding a specific technical question. We ended up buying a new Kia Sorento and have been completely satisfied with the car and the purchasing experience so far. Nicole does a great job staying in touch and continues to take care of us after the sale. She checked in a few days later and has taken additional steps to ensure our satisfaction. It feels like we just bought into a new family. I also met Ed Tynan, who was great with my young kids, and talked at length about our many small town connections. Lastly, I would add that my service experience has been just as good. We were very pleased with the warm and welcoming service team in the back of the shop and I actually look forward to visiting again. More

It was very easy and fast. We talked about options but I never felt pressured to stray. They met the price I wanted, the trade in part was unexpectedly easy, the financial part was also very quick there was no unnessary wasted time during the process.
