Easy and actually a little fun! I worked with Rob Jones from internet inquiry to waving goodble in my new Kia Soul. Even tho I live in Denver I drove to Tynans in Ft Collins because of pricing, availability, email responses from Rob were immediate and I felt like he understood and respected my needs and the research I had done. It was very easy and fast. We talked about options but I never felt pressured to stray. They met the price I wanted, the trade in part was unexpectedly easy, the financial part was also very quick there was no unnessary wasted time during the process. I know Tynan's, but it is typically not on my radar for a new car search, mostly because I live 2 hours away. I am glad that I took the time to respond to their response on pricing and was most impressed by the quick response I received (approx. 30 minutes from the search on TrueCar). Nicole was who I received the response from. Her professionalism and knowledge on leasing were what impressed me most. Nicole was a refreshing change from some of the other sales people I have dealt with and I would highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a new car.
