We went in to Tynans not sure what the 2014 Sorento had to offer or what options we wanted. Chris is very knowledgable about the options and helped us decide on what best fit our needs. At no time while we were there did we feel pressured. We were just looking to see what they offered not necessarily there to buy a vehicle. Chris's knowledge of the vehicle and the Tynan's staffs knowledge of available rebates helped us come to the decision to buy the vehicle. We can't say enough good about Chris and the dealership this is the best experience we have had at a dealership. We give the dealership and Chris a 5 because we are very pleased. More
I am very pleased with the overall experience I received with Nicholas and Jesse. These two made it possible for me to get a car for my daughter who is gradudating this year. It was very simple to walk in, look at the vehicle i was curious about. Justin came right out and after talking a little bit with my husband, went and got the keys to be able to look inside and take it for curious about. Both him and the manager worked really hard to make sure that the deal would work for me-so that I could leave with the Nitro that i wanted. I appreciated the easiness about the whole thing. We were even there around lunch time and they made an employee lunch- but offered lunch to both my husband and I- and saved a hamburger for my husband. This place is a 10! More

What a terrible dealership. I would not recommend them to anyone. We were totally lied to. I called three times to make sure they had the car we wanted and they said yes each time. When we arrived a salesman anyone. We were totally lied to. I called three times to make sure they had the car we wanted and they said yes each time. When we arrived a salesman went out to the lot to go get the car for us to test drive. He came back with the wrong car. When he came inside he said he forgot to tell our sales person that he had sold the car we wanted that day. How do you not remember this as you are going to get it? Then we said goodbye and all of a sudden the car was being detailed and they could go get it for us. Did you sell it or not? Of course we knew we were being lied to and just left after letting them know I didn't appreciate being lied to or my time being wasted. These are the kind of salespeople and dealerships that give car buying a bad name. Thanks goodness we were able to buy the car we wanted at another Kia dealer a few miles away and they were awesome. This was, by far, the best car buying experience we've ever had. Going in we knew what we could afford and though we looked at the Sportage it didn't work. We didn't have to sit there for hours go we've ever had. Going in we knew what we could afford and though we looked at the Sportage it didn't work. We didn't have to sit there for hours going back and forth with the banks to try to bring our payment into something we could maybe afford, but was a strech. We told them what we could afford monthly and asked if they had a car that fit...it only took 30 minutes or so before they approached us with the "perfect" car and it turned out to be the first one we looked at! Allan was incredibly friendly and personable and even put up with our crazy toddler. Jesse and Nicholas were also very helpful and friendly. Sean Tynan even introduced himself to us and said hi. It's the first time an owner of a dealership has ever approached us, even just to shake our hand! We love our Kia Soul and I would absolutely recommend Tynan's again! More

My wife and I was in a rush to replace our old suv (that was Paid off) and went to another dealership and got hosed with a Escalade that was in bad shape and not good for our family with the gas mileage, we was Paid off) and went to another dealership and got hosed with a Escalade that was in bad shape and not good for our family with the gas mileage, we got the extended warranty and of course nothing was covered that when wrong on the truck. Any who, looking for a replacement one of my many stops was to see Allen Currie at Tynans Kia he was great to work with 1st time I went in I took my 18 month old with me and he worked with both of us :) she got a toy and I got bad news that my truck was WAY upside down!!! He stayed in touch and worked with me for over 3 months till we came to a win win that fits our needs and budget. The day I got the call my wife had to work that night so it was me and 3 young kids that went down Allen did all the work so I could stay with my kids. That night my kids got toys (again) and I took home a new Sorento. Once my wife saw it and heard all that was done for us she went stright down 1st thing in the morning to sign the papers. The most important thing to me was the way Allen helped my wife since she had no sleep yet he took it on himself to rush the paper work out, so she could get our little one and her home for a nap! (Thanks Allen) We love our new Sorento and that we got what we wanted and paid for. Anyone looking for a vehicle go to Tynans Kia and ask for Allen Currie he won't stop working till you get what you want! More
