Drove up to this dealer to look at a Ford Escape. After driving it I decided I did not like it at all. Amber was really awesome about helping me find a car in my price range. I ended up test-driving a 2007 driving it I decided I did not like it at all. Amber was really awesome about helping me find a car in my price range. I ended up test-driving a 2007 Nissan Murano and loving it. It was a little high in milage (83,000), but seemed pretty comparable for an SUV in that price range (14,500ish) at other dealships (ah the power of google on my phone!). Amber, her manager and the finance guy were able to work with me and my financial situation so that I could feel comfortable buying the car (without being stuck with a long loan!)and I felt no pressure from anyone while I was there. We had to wait a little while because they were super busy (and their parking lot is small, so it may be hard to find parking), but aside from that, the experience was fantastic. Glad I picked Amber and Tynan's to make my purchase! More

This was my first time looking into buying a car... The poor sales associate was new and couldnt answer any of my questions about leasing vs buying, the difference between the 2 cars I was interested in, e poor sales associate was new and couldnt answer any of my questions about leasing vs buying, the difference between the 2 cars I was interested in, ect... The sales manager had to step in to assist in the sale and I felt very pushed and uncomfortable.. I told them from the minute I walked in what I could afford as far as payment and money down. The sales manager wanted to continue haggling with me and when I told him I wanted to think about it for a couple days his attitude completly changed and he was being down right rude.. He even said "what? You dont want to do this now or what??" When I left I was nearly in tears because of how stressful the experience was and how much of my time was wasted!! I decided to go to Peak Kia where I got excellent customer service and exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted! More

We have purchased quite a few vehicles in the past so always are a bit skeptical about the process. However, we must say that Gene, Jesse, and Brian from Tynan’s made the purchase of our new Sorento the always are a bit skeptical about the process. However, we must say that Gene, Jesse, and Brian from Tynan’s made the purchase of our new Sorento the best experience we have ever had. Unlike another Kia dealer in the area, they were totally transparent about every aspect of our deal such that there were no surprises. While the other dealership appeared arrogant and spoke negatively about Tynan’s, the staff at Tynan’s never berated their competition…they just beat the price. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was so friendly and honest, we thought it might be too good to be true, but it wasn’t. Finally, the time that was taken to make sure we understood all of the features of the vehicle after the purchase was unlike anything else we had ever seen in a car dealership. This dealership truely shos you that "family owned" dealership exist. They have a very laid back approach to sale and you do not leave feeling pushed into anything. Jesse was just the greatest person to work with. He didn't push us or use any high pressure tactics to get us to purchase a car. Jesse was extremely knowledgeable with all the features of the car we selected and showed us exactly how every feature of our new car worked before we left the sales lot with it. Of all the car sales persons I have dealt with in my lifetime I would have to say Jesse is the best. I would not hesitate buying from Jesse the next time I'm looking to buy another vehicle and I would have no problems recommending him to my friends for buying a car from, whether it be new or used. I was a little too quick to rate this dealership, I gave it a higher score the first time. We were promised that some body work would be done on our 2011 Kia Soul. It had bad scrapes on it when we bought it it a higher score the first time. We were promised that some body work would be done on our 2011 Kia Soul. It had bad scrapes on it when we bought it in October. Scott wrote out that he would fix the right bumper when we were purchasing it. We said it should say right side, including right top, side, and bumper. He said not to worry, THEY would take care of it. I believe Gene walked out to the car too and said they would take care of it. They would fix everthing. Well, we took the car in the next week, my husband pointed out the damage areas, and they just fixed the bumper, not the rest. We had it stay an extra day or two and they did very poor work on the top and side area. We, at that time, just took our car home. We also have NOT received our 2nd key for the car. We received 1 the night of the purchase, but we were promised a second one. Where is it? More
