Will Norris & Mary Prater literally save our opinion and the reputation of Tynan's. If it had not been for them picking up the ball that was dropped by 2 other employee's we would have never ever gone and the reputation of Tynan's. If it had not been for them picking up the ball that was dropped by 2 other employee's we would have never ever gone back to this dealership let alone send any one we know. They bent over backwards to get us into the vehicle we wanted. When I do send people in we're going to make sure they only deal with Will & Mary and if they can't then or they aren't available, then they just need to either go back or go somewhere else. Marcel, Bruce, and Mike did a great job setting me up with my new Optima. They are very knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. I had to file bankrupcy due to medical bills at the end of last year. I had reaffirmed the debt for my 2010 Kia Forte that I had purchased the previous year in Littleton,CO. After, I learned that they we of last year. I had reaffirmed the debt for my 2010 Kia Forte that I had purchased the previous year in Littleton,CO. After, I learned that they were no longer reporting my car payments to the credit bur. and that was doing nothing to help me rebuild my credit. When I came in to Tynan's on Saturday, Marcel helped me pick out a new 2011 Forte 5 door that I really liked. He was very personable, easy to talk to and made my experience fun and in no way did I feel pressured. The Finance team including Michael Clemison worked so hard to get me into the car I wanted around the same payments I had before and got me a GREAT loan percentage! Needless to say I had a great time buying my new car because of the Tynan's team and I absolutly LOVE LOVE LOVE my new car. I will enjoy coming in to have it serviced on a regular basis. He helped me pair my Blackberry with my Forte's voice command bluetooth technology in a snap. The warranty and safety features on this car are amazing and it's the sharpest looking car I saw throughout my entire (very long) car search. I would definitely recommend Tynan's based on my experience. My dad purchased a vehicle from this dealer in the past, recommended them to me and after our experience the other day, said Tynan's will be the place he goes when he's ready for a new car. More

After Brian removed the need to 'price haggle' on my new Optima and my trade value, Mary answered all my questions and adeptly gu about car dealers!
