After having a negative experince at a different Kia dealership, we went to Tynan's Kia and were immediately pleased with the customer service. We were greeted by Adam, who answered our questions and o dealership, we went to Tynan's Kia and were immediately pleased with the customer service. We were greeted by Adam, who answered our questions and offered us a test drive. After falling in love with the car, we started negotiations. Adam was never pushy or overbearing. He knew a lot about the car (especially because he drove it around for a week!) and also a lot about the financial part. He was very patient with us and got us a great deal. His friendliness and knowledge definitely made this a pleasurable car buying experince from beginning to end. More
