After being in a car accident that totaled my truck and getting the run around from insurance i was not, looking forward to having to buy a new car as i have not had good experiences from other places in t getting the run around from insurance i was not, looking forward to having to buy a new car as i have not had good experiences from other places in the past. It was great to meet the people at Tynan's Kia in fort Collins. Jesse was awesome! I found my 2000 Subaru Outback there. Jesse was very knowledgeable about the car even though it was not a Kia, they had documentation on the car, and even had a carfax available. Every question I had they were able to answer or quickly find the answer to. Jesse helped make the buying process a great experience. Tom is a great, he took the time to explain all the buttons in the car and what everything did and how to operate the car in its entirety. I have never been anywhere that the customer service was a great experience. You just don't get that kind of customer experience anymore, I was grateful to have found it at Tynan's. Before the sale was completed they called to make sure I was 100% happy with my purchase. I had a few issues with the vehicle that they were very helpful in fixing immediately. I made several visits to Tynan's over a period of several months as I was deciding on a new car. Kerry was great. He answered all my questions and was not pushy. After having a negative experince at a different Kia dealership, we went to Tynan's Kia and were immediately pleased with the customer service. We were greeted by Adam, who answered our questions and o dealership, we went to Tynan's Kia and were immediately pleased with the customer service. We were greeted by Adam, who answered our questions and offered us a test drive. After falling in love with the car, we started negotiations. Adam was never pushy or overbearing. He knew a lot about the car (especially because he drove it around for a week!) and also a lot about the financial part. He was very patient with us and got us a great deal. His friendliness and knowledge definitely made this a pleasurable car buying experince from beginning to end. More
