Scam. So frustrated and disappointed. I was as quoted the cost would be msrp , tax and dealer handling. So I placed a deposit to hold the car. When the car arrived I drove an hour to get it. When I sat down to finalize the deal, there were fees that were not disclosed. One was VTR (Vehichle theft registration) this is a process most all other dealers do not do. Ft Collins kia took it upon them selves to etch a number onto the car and charge me for it. At no time was I advised this would happen. Nor did I authorize them to modify or "enhance" the vehicle. When I called it out they refused to remove the fee and firmly stated this is what they do to all their cars, if I didn't want to pay the fee I could be refunded my money and they would sell it to someone else. "We don't negotiate on this".. I have talked to other dealerships and asked about this process. They called this process a scam because it is a way for a dealership to pad their profit. In looking for a reliable service department, I was pleased to meet Service Manager Tracey Matthews who introduced me to one of their top Stinger mechanics and we discussed some maintenance work. As a former service manager, I pick up very quickly on competence and knowledge and honesty, and chose this service department out of several in the area. I returned my Stinger for the maintenance work and the car was returned on time, clean and with no problems. New car dealers are not always the cheapest source of repairs, but they know their cars and this dealer treated me honestly and professionally. I will return for additional work that I cannot perform on my own, and I recommend them without hesitation. More
The service here is absolutely horrible they are not fixing my recall engine problems. I cannot drive my daughter to school and I cannot run errands. They refuse to get me a rental car. Stopped in looking at buying what would have been my third Kia, credit card in hand to put down a hold on a new Telluride. Until, manager Ryan Harrison came back with a low ball on my trade in I Purchas third Kia, credit card in hand to put down a hold on a new Telluride. Until, manager Ryan Harrison came back with a low ball on my trade in I Purchased from them. I pointed out I had been quoted 5k higher just a few months back and had been unhappy then. Ryan tells me that the only reason he has his job is because the previous manager gave out quotes like that and I should never have been quoted such a high amount. Given I paid 46k for the vehicle and was told a year later it was worth 29k and now a few months after that only 24K I expressed concern about Kia holding value. I was promptly told Telluride is appreciating and new was cheaper than used. That seems absurd to me. Ryan then expressed his concern "at the horrible accident my car had been in"! I couldn't believe it, as my car had never been in an accident. When leaving we turned around in the parking lot to get into our cars to see Ryan return his perch, say something to the other guys up there with him who all turned around to look at us and laugh! Done with this dealership, done with Kia! More

I am only giving 4 stars due to having trouble getting connected with the service department when I was calling on several occasions. I would be transferred but no one was answering. I left a message & di connected with the service department when I was calling on several occasions. I would be transferred but no one was answering. I left a message & did receive a call back but it was not in a very timely manner. I worked mainly with Haydon Kiessling. He always listened to what I had to say & ansered whatever questions I had. He went above & beyond by being the go-to between me & the technition. He told them that he witnessed what I was explaining about my car. When I took it in.....for the third time..... He assured me that he would make sure it was figured out. I has also spoke with Ray a couple of times & received the same great customer service from him. Thanks to both of you I am in my car again. Also Kashmir physically walked back to service to get me connected with someone, even after she thought they were gone for the day....thank you for going the extra step, literally.
