Level of service has changed I made an online appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was given the option of waiting or getting a loaner car. Because it was a Saturday I made an online appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was given the option of waiting or getting a loaner car. Because it was a Saturday, I chose a loaner car so I could still run errands and I planned my day around that option. But when I called to say I was bringing my car in a little early and wanted to confirm a car would be available, I was rudely told that you don't offer rental cars, only Lyft. Why give that option on the website, then? Very poor communication all around, and when I picked up my car, I was rushed out and didn't feel confident that my car was even serviced. My car wasn't washed, either. This dealership used to seem to care about customer service--my experience on 11/2/19 was the opposite of that. More

I usually consider your dealership to be above average. On Nov 1, I wanted to set up an appointment, I telephoned and was transferred to the service dept. After being on hold for too long, I hung up. I went on your website and set up my appointment on line for that afternoon. When I arrived, your serviceman (Austin) was pleasant. However, when I showed him that I had a email dated a few months ago, with a discount coupon for the oil change, he informed me that you had just changed names from Tynan's Kia to Fort Collins Kia - and therefore the coupon could not be honored. I chose to still have the service done at your shop. It was clear that the business name change was just taking place that day. I find it odd about your not at least offering some portion of the coupon discount because: 1. When I signed up on line that day, the heading on your appointment confirmation email to me was "Tynan's KIA" . 2. A few days afterward, as I drove by your facility, your signage still showed "Tynan's KIA". Also, while waiting for my service to be done, I had trouble signing in on your web network. Another customer had the same issue. I asked at the showroom desk, and discovered the web password had been changed - but that signon word had not been changed on the notice in the waiting area. Your company should have thought more about how to make the transition a bit nicer for your regular customers. More

Service department always says something is needed to be fixed when most of the repairs are still over 50% new and in good condition. I honestly don't trust what the service representative says most of the time with regards of fixing potential issues. More
