Tynan's Nissan - best car buying experience ever I called that afternoon to let them know I was planning on coming by and to check their stock. They asked what time I was thinking of coming in order I called that afternoon to let them know I was planning on coming by and to check their stock. Later that afternoon, one of the sales managers called to let me know they were ready for me and they were looking forward to my arrival. From the moment I walked in the door it was obvious that they were very concerned about good customer service and a positive buying experience. The sales person and the sales manager (the one who called earlier) approached me and made me feel very welcome. Their price was fair and up front. Their business manager was an expert in what he was doing when it came to paperwork. Tynan's follow up service was excellent - it was very evident that they were focuses on fulfilling the commitments they made during the buying process in terms of accessory installation, answering questions and making anyone available to help in any way. The salesperson called to ensure that service had called to schedule the appointment to install some accessories I had purchased. When I came back to have the accessories installed, the folks in service kept the high bar for friendliness and customer service. I bought some more accessories a few days later and the folks in parts also kept the high bar for friendliness and customer service. I would recommend Tynan's to anyone looking for a new car. More
